Senior Project Engineer
Job Duties:
  • Provide engineering technical design support.
  • Monitor progress of Project Engineer generated documentation.
  • Support project flow to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Review client's project design specifications to ensure current KCA design is in compliance.
  • Assist project engineers with completion of Isometric/CEL cross- check activity. Provide "checked by" confirmation of reviewed engineering documentation to ensure "1st time" submittal document quality.
  • Provide support to engineering team during internal design review activities.

Management Analyst
Job Duties:
  • Work with Operations Section managers in coordinating and executing production activities related to identifying and solving problems, introducing improvements, and facilitating inter-departmental communication.
Essential Functions:

Sales Engineer
Job Duties:
  • Assist in the negotiation of contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
  • Analyze and elaborate technical proposal making comments and deviations list; datasheets and proposal drawings; project cost budget and any additional standard request documentation requested from the client to be included in the quotation.
  • Make technical presentations and demonstrating how KCA's product meets the needs of project requirements and various applications.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, after-sales support services, and assistance during project execution after award.
  • Provide technical knowledge in the design of custom-made products.
Skill Requirements:
  • B.S. Engineering or equivalent.

Electrical Engineer
Job Duties:
  • Completion of purchase orders received for process gas compressor systems.
  • Maintain project schedules and meeting deadlines, customer communication, vendor communication, system design, equipment selection, procurement, and interfacing with KCA's departments (Project engineering, Pressure vessels & Heat exchangers, Mechanical designers, Production, Production Control, Quality control, Purchasing and Shipping & Receiving).
  • Prepare Electrical drawings as per P&lD and job specifications, prepare Electrical Equipment List, prepare Sequence of Controls with Project engineer's assistance, write PLC and HMI program if required by the job.
  • Prepare Requisition Order, coordinate with customers regarding Electrical design issues, coordinate with Project engineers and Mechanical designers regarding overall system design, oversee Electricians during fabrication, and conduct FAT.
  • Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, Installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
  • Apply design knowledge in control systems, electrical design and equipment selection. Handles specific multiple projects assigned by Electrical department at the same time.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or the manager as needed.

  • Bachelors' Degree
