Project Engineer
| Job Duties: |
- Project management and resource allocation; planning, creating, revising and adhering to project schedules and budgets, system design and execution, equipment selection, calculation and analysis, technical studies and specifications.
- Communicating with customers and vendors, interfacing with lead engineers of company departments such as electrical, mechanical design, production, testing, quality and purchasing, coordinating goals, work plans, responsibilities and resources and monitoring work performance in alignment with project objectives.
- Maintaining project records, technical documentation, manufacturing drawings, work orders, work instructions and maintenance manuals.
- Other duties may be assigned in order to meet business needs.

| Skill Requirements: |
- Minimum BS in Manufacturing Engineering, Masters in Mechanical Engineering a definite plus.
- Required mastery of AutoCAD.
- Minimum 2 years experience working with compression generating systems or rotating equipment in the oil/gas/petrochemical industry.

Procurement Manager
| Job Duties: |
- To identify, contract, and manage the various ancillary trades and vendors for the completion of compressor packages. Obtain competitive pricing, negotiate contracts and work with the project managers to ensure vendors adequately perform their scope of work. Leads the entire procurement organization in the procurement and negotiation with vendors for the purchase of all materials, supplies, equipment and services used by Kobelco Compressors America, Inc .
- Negotiates with vendors for goods and services, negotiating the best possible price and service guarantee.
- Establishes Purchasing Policy and Procedure and ensures compliance.
- Develops new supply sources where vendors are inadequate.
- Examines bids and makes awards.
- Establishes account/credit and terms.
- Negotiates blanket purchase orders when appropriate and monitors cost during the time period.
- Ensures Investment Budget rules are followed and keeps track of all DAD’s to ensure adherence to policy.
- Monitors approval of accounts to maintain an appropriate degree of control over vendor relationships.
- Coordinates daily duties of Procurement support staff
- Checks requisitions for appropriate approval and account numbers.
- Works closely with Receiving Department to ensure proper supplies arrived.
- Traces delinquent arrivals from Purchase Orders
- Follows environmental and safety regulations and acts in compliance with US laws.
- Complies with safety and corporate guidelines on business ethics.

| Skill Requirements: |
- Bachelor Degree from an accredited educational institution in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business finance, law, contracts, purchasing, industrial management, quantitative methods, or organization and management.
- Eight to ten years of purchasing/procurement/negotiating experience, preferably in a engineering field in a mid-sized organization.
- Negotiating skills .
- Proficient in ERP.
- Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
- Organizational skills for efficient office control are mandatory.
- Project and standard industry procurement software and databases.
Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts.
- Solid decision making skills.
